為何有Validated Defect Repair
Monitoring & Controlling若發現專案的工作出現執行之瑕疵(Defect), 就會發出一個Recommended Defect Repair. 這個Recommended Defect Repair需透過Integrated Change Control Process進行核准的程序. 一旦核准, 就必需在Executing Process中去執行, 而行成Implemented Defect Repair. 但是, 當初所提出之Recommended Defect Repair是否真有解決Defect, 仍必需再作一次的驗證, 所以會再丟到Integrated Change Control Process中去驗證, 最後若沒問題就會得出Validated Defect Repair
